Information we collect
ThriveEQ stores account details, workspace settings, captures, uploaded documents, relationship records, reminders, opportunities, graph context, message drafts, support requests, privacy requests, and product analytics needed to run and improve the service.
- Captures can include typed notes, PDFs, images, scans, and LinkedIn exports that a user chooses to import.
- Relationship records can include names, companies, contact details, public profile links, notes, reminders, opportunities, and interaction history.
- Analytics events are limited to product usage and operational signals; they are not used to sell user data.
How we use information
We use workspace data to provide capture, review, reminders, opportunities, graph, draft, notification, export, billing, support, and privacy workflows. AI suggestions remain reviewable candidates until the user accepts them.
- ThriveEQ does not send outreach automatically.
- ThriveEQ does not scrape LinkedIn or social platforms.
- Public enrichment is controlled by workspace settings and does not silently overwrite relationship records.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell user data. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate ThriveEQ, such as hosting, storage, analytics, billing, support, email delivery, and AI processing providers configured for the workspace.
- Production AI processing may use Heroku Managed Inference through backend provider controls.
- Local and test environments use mock AI providers.
- Workspace boundaries are enforced server-side so users only access authorized workspace data.
Controls and choices
Users can review AI candidates before records change, disable AI processing in workspace settings where available, edit or delete relationship records, request a privacy export, and request account deletion.
- Exports are available through ThriveEQ privacy tools.
- Deletion requests are reviewed and processed by the ThriveEQ team.
- Privacy questions can be sent to support@thriveeq.app.
Security and retention
ThriveEQ uses authentication, workspace isolation, audit logging, and operational safeguards to protect user data. We retain information while an account or workspace is active and as needed for security, legal, billing, support, backup, and service operation requirements.
Changes
We may update this policy as ThriveEQ changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of ThriveEQ after updates means the updated policy applies.
